Strength training is a very important part of fitness to aid in weight loss, healthy body composition, prevents injury, and many more things as we get older.

Choose a diet that is low in saturated fat and aims to remove all trans fats (WHO)

Choose foods and drinks that are low in added sugars

Eat plenty of whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruits

Reduce intake of fatty meats, processed foods and unhealthy salts

Drink your water. Add a LEMON for yum!

CARDIO STRENGTH- TUE
TUE 6:15AM
$6 PER CLASS OR CLASS PASS 10X FOR $40
1 Hr | $6 per class or $40 for 10 sessions.
This class offers cardio in group setting and stations along with some strength movements. Great was to get in shape cardiovascular along with strength.
Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
VARIES
8 sessions= $50
:50 Hr | $50 FOR 8 sessions (MUST have 4-6 participants)
This is a great way to get personal training for a fraction of the cost in a small group setting. Need 4-6 participants for this class. Classes focus on Stabilization, Strength, inner core/balance, & reactive/power. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
Each participant will receive a personal assessment to perform at THEIR best in achieving any goals; weight loss, being stronger, training for a 5k, etc.
(Weight and measurement tracking is done with these sessions. Trainer will schedule times for this to be done.)
