Free STRENGTH TRAINING

MON 9AM

1 Hr  |  class is limited to 15 people at the studio. You will need to register for this class. (Postponed at Stake Center until further notice). Class is held at Sunset Ridge Stake Center (8107 S 6700 W). Bring your own weights, mat, sweat towel and water bottle. 

CARDIO STRENGTH- TUE

TUE 6:15AM

$6 PER CLASS OR CLASS PASS 10X FOR $40

1 Hr  |  $6 per class or $40 for 10 sessions.

This class offers cardio in group setting and stations along with some strength movements. Great was to get in shape cardiovascular along with strength. 

Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

VARIES

8 sessions= $50

:50 Hr  |  $50 FOR 8 sessions (MUST have 4-6 participants)

This is a great way to get personal training for a fraction of the cost in a small group setting. Need 4-6 participants for this class. Classes focus on Stabilization, Strength, inner core/balance, & reactive/power. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

Each participant will receive a personal assessment to perform at THEIR best in achieving any goals; weight loss, being stronger, training for a 5k, etc.

(Weight and measurement tracking is done with these sessions. Trainer will schedule times for this to be done.)
