Ideas for what foods to eat during the week

A healthy body has a neutral pH of 7.365. Every food has a pH rating known as Alkaline or Acidic. Consume lots of Alkaline foods to have a healthy unstressed body that digests properly and consumes the higher amount of nutrients. Acid foods that aren't neutralize can cause sluggish feeling and lead to sickness, stress on the body and disease.  You should consume 20:1 parts Alkaline/Acid to help neutralize the body. This isn't hard if you eat a well balanced diet of vegetables and fruits.

Stress is a major cursor for health issues including weight.
