  My first, THRIVE The Vegan nutrition guide to optimal performance in sports and life By Brendan Brazier.

An Ironman who teaches great ways to start incorporating healthy eating and even gives recipes. Although I'm not a Vegan I find wise wisdom in taking care of your body by incorporating healthy foods for endurance performance when doing races or intense workouts. I am a firm believer in alkaline foods and eating a diet with high pH levels.


  Second is HEALING WITH WHOLE FOODS BY PAUL PICHFORD.

MANY things I have learned about nutrition or health always falls back on this book. It's a deep thinker. When my mom was diagnosed with Myleofibrosis, a Fitness Training/ Nutritionist I worked with referred this book. Great for those wanting to understand earth elements that heal.
